On-call Mixologist
Core Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and greet every guest as they approach your bar
- Prepare and serve a selection of beer, wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and standards.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest
- Prep, stock and maintain work station according to company specifications
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events
- Be able to educate guests on the beverages you are serving at each event
- Work harmoniously and professionally with the whole team
- Always serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and never over serve guest
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- 1- 2 year of bartending experience strongly preferred
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- The ability to stand on your feet for 4+ hours
- The ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- The ability to lift 25+ pounds
- The ability to safely, carefully and properly make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and familiarity with standard drink recipes
- This is an on-call position for an average of 3-4 shifts per week
